This service provides 3D map information using the Google Map API, but the Google policy and API specifications may change. As a result, the accuracy and accessibility of the 3D map information may be temporarily restricted or interrupted. Therefore, the use of 3D map information is not guaranteed at all times. We may use user's email address information for the purpose of sending information about this service. However, we will not provide user's information to third parties.
If there is a possibility that other users are infringing the copyright of this service, we reserve the right to pursue copyright infringement as necessary and claim for the cost and damages.
Users are allowed to post videos or still images using captured footage or screenshots from this service, only if it is not for profit. Monetization of posted content without permission is prohibited.
We may suspend, change, or terminate this service as necessary. In such cases, we assume no responsibility and will not compensate for any damages incurred by users or third parties. Notification of suspension, modification, or termination will be made via user-only discord and e-mail.
Since this service is in the development stage, we do not provide any guarantee regarding its completeness or error-free nature. Our company is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of this service. All risks associated with the use of this service are borne by the user, and the user agrees to take full responsibility for all outcomes resulting from the use of this service.

当社は、利用者のメールアドレス情報を当サービスの情報送信のために使用させていただくことがあります。しかしながら、利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
他の利用者が当サービスの著作権を侵害している可能性がある場合、当社は必要に応じて著作権侵害の追及を行い、その費用や損害賠償を請求する権利を保有しています。
本サービスからキャプチャした映像やスクリーンショットを利用した動画や静止画等を、営利を目的としない場合に限り投稿することができます。無許可による投稿内容は収益化は禁止します。
必要に応じて、本サービスを停止し、あるいは変更、終了する場合があります。その場合にも、弊社は一切の責任を負わず、利用者又は第三者が被った損害を賠償致しません。停止や変更、終了に関する通知は、利用者限定discordとメールなどを利用して行われます。
本サービスは開発段階であるため、その完全性や無錯誤性について一切の保証を提供するものではありません。本サービスの使用により発生したいかなる問題についても、当社は責任を負いません。本サービスの利用に関連する全てのリスクは利用者が負うものとし、利用者は、本サービスの使用により発生した全ての結果について、利用者自身が全責任を負うことに同意します。
本規約に関する解釈及び適用、また利用者と当社との間で生じた紛争については、日本の法律を準拠法とします。
